Just wanted to thank you for the help and support you gave me planning my mums funeral. I am pleased to say that it was perfect and Bennetts gave a first class service with attention to every detail
I would like to thank Bennetts for the arrangements of my husband's funeral. It was a very sad day, but thanks to you it was more bearable and it couldn't have gone any better. From the moment I had to call you till the end of the funeral, everyone was so friendly, helpful, caring, sensitive... I would like to say an extra thank you to Lu from the Billericay office and to Chris. The way they connect with people is very special.
We would like to express our thanks for the respect and compassion shown to Steven & I on the arrangements of my husband David's Funeral.
You made a time of sadness and great loss more bearable with your caring and efficiency and listening at any time of day.
Thanks to Tony for his quiet professional approach and sensitivity which made the ceremony more bearable. Also many thanks to all your staff who were involved.
Many thanks to you Jane for all your guidance and compassion for making it a special day for a dear Husband and Dad
Just a quick note to thank you and your helpers, for giving your time to the recent Bereavement Group in Essex. Surprisingly to me, I found it more helpful than one to one counseling. Listening to people other than myself baring their souls gave me some comfort. Once again thanks for your time and effort, it was greatly appreciated.
We would like to say big thank you to Lee and all the Bennetts Staff on our aunties funeral. Your company always goes that extra mile to help us give a good send. Thank you.
I just wanted to drop you a short line for taking such good care of us during such a difficult time. You made a situation that had to be dealt with bearable for both mum and myself. Dad was very precious and although had been poorly for some time this made his passing no easier to bear. The cortege was brilliant on the day, please thank all you staff.
Please accept my sincere thanks for your kindness, respect and professional attitude to the way you handled my brothers funeral service. You made a very sad and emotional day pass without any problems. once again a huge thank you.
We would like to thank you all for your total professionalism, support and organisation of my mums funeral. You helped to make the whole process more bearable and provided the care and support needed. The funeral service was beautiful as said by by all who attended.
Just a note to thank all at Bennetts Funerals for the care and dignity afforded to our mother at Chelmsford crematorium. Special thanks to Lee for the arrangements and to Howard for directing on the day.
I would like to write more formally but I hope that you will excuse my using email at this time. I just wanted to thank you and all of the Bennetts team for a truly outstanding job. You dealt with all of us in the family of our late husband and father Tom with sensitivity, care, compassion and efficiency (those last two are not a combination that I expect often to write). From the very first telephone contact, through the initial meeting in your offices, during the frequent follow-up calls and then on the day itself every single encounter with any Bennetts team member was handled by you with courtesy and grace.
In our first face-to-face meeting you said something along the lines of ‘leave it to us’ and we quickly came to realise that we could do just that. At a very difficult time for all of us you gently guided us to make the right decisions. We felt secure in the knowledge that everything was going to be taken care of correctly and with dignity. We cannot thank you all enough for all that you did. You may not know it but our father-in-law/grandfather, Dr William Quennell, was a good friend of Arthur Bennett’s for many years. Both of them would be proud to know how well you took care of the arrangements for Tom Quennell’s (Dr Quennell’s son’s) funeral.
