February Newsletter 2012
Where did February go? Ideas in an envelope to Lu please! Hope the past month has kept you all well and looking forward to the Spring.
The next course starts on Thursday 17th May in the Committee Room, Ingatestone Community Centre. We are not sure of exact times as yet, but it will be in the evening. If you, or anyone you know would like to attend, please call Lu on 01277 624289.
BBC London Studios
The tour of the BBC was very interesting, and passed too quickly. We saw several studios, and group members took part in a ‘name that intro’ game. We were shown how the weather forecast is displayed, and how to ‘disappear’ behind a blue screen, to name just a few things. The journey home did not go quite as smoothly, but the replacement coach got us all home eventually!
Has LOADS going on, but Lu has had a look, and here are a couple that may be of interest too you.
